Structure & Flow workshops are engaging, practical and dynamic, balancing input and inspiring content with space for shared dialogue, group work, individual reflection, and action-planning for change. Critical for learning is that I create a safe yet challenging environment based on trust, respect and openness, in which people can express themselves freely, think well, experiment and give feedback. Following a client-oriented, adaptive approach, my development workshops support broader organisational change and talent management initiatives, and are created according to strategic objectives and longer-term learning needs. With a focus on leadership development, people management, and collaboration and communication skills, they are designed with the participants’ real-world challenges in mind.
Workshops integrate a broad range of resources and various innovative techniques, and can last from two hours to two days. Topics have included: building resilience, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, values in action, coaching skills for leaders and managers, effective international collaboration, developing cultural agility, and working with strengths and differences.
